1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Because our drops feature custom design elements and premium cuts, we process and pack every order with care.

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹ 999. For orders below this, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
2.💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To ensure our limited-edition apparel reaches genuine buyers, all COD orders go through a quick verification process.

You may receive an automated WhatsApp message or phone call to confirm your order before it is dispatched. Unverified COD orders will be canceled.
2. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the limited nature of our streetwear drops and our focus on exclusive apparel collections, we operate on a strict Exchange-Only policy. We do not offer cash refunds unless a product arrives damaged.

Did the oversized fit or cropped cut not sit right? Don't worry, we offer a hassle-free exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange: The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality control seriously. If you receive a manufacturing defect or the wrong item entirely:

Crucial Requirement: You must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label and the defect. This is mandatory for us to process a free replacement.

Once verified, we will ship a fresh piece immediately at no extra cost to you. If the item is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
3. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the fit of your t-shirts ? Most of our apparel features a relaxed, oversized, cropped drop-shoulder streetwear fit. Please check the specific Size Guide on the product page before ordering, as our cuts differ from standard slim-fit clothing.
Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by emailing us. Once an order is processed or handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be canceled.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major secure payment methods via our payment gateway, including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and NetBanking, alongside Cash on Delivery (COD).
